Export field values to a .CSV spreadsheet

DocHub makes it super easy to export all values in the fields of a PDF document to a spreadsheet (.CSV file). Here's how:

  1. Go to your Dashboard at DocHub.com

  2. Select a document.

  3. Click Actions menu (at the top of the list).

  4. Click "Field Values" or "All Fields Data" under the Export (.CSV) option

The file will be added to your web browser's Downloads folder. 

The "Field Values" will include the following columns and values:

  • Document ID

  • Document Title

  • Document  URL

  • Signer email address(es)

  • Created timestamp

  • Last edited timestamp

  • Filed values

The "All Field Data" will include the following columns and values: 

  • Page number

  • Field index

  • Name

  • Autofill

  • Type

  • Field values

  • Document ID

  • Document Title

  • Document  URL

  • Created timestamp

  • Last edited timestamp

  • Signer email address(es)
