Send Sign Request on Mobile Application

You can send a signature request using the DocHub mobile application by clicking the "Done" button at the top right corner of the editor page or by clicking the "Share icon" on the lower left corner of the editor page. See the screenshot below for your reference.

After that, you will be routed to a page where you can assign the email address of the signer or recipient and send the document for a signature request.

Sending Sign Requests to Multiple Recipients

If you need to add a signer for the other fields on your document, you can click on the "Add Signer" button from the signature request page. See the screenshot below for your reference.

After adding another signer, tap the "Done" button to go back to the editor page. Then click on each field to select the email address of the recipient that you want to be assigned to that specific field.

Once done assigning the fields, click the "Done" button at the upper right corner to send the document for signature request.

NOTE: The default set-up is for the signers to "Sign In Order". This means that the first signer needs to finalize the document by filling out their section before the second signer receives the email notification for their turn to fill out. You can toggle off the "Sign In Order" option if you want the recipients to fill out their sections on the document "All at Once".
